Leadership Announcement: Lucas Rondez Appointed CEO of Taromed Inc.

Taromed Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Lucas Rondez, Co-Founder of Taromed, as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 9, 2026.

Previously serving as Chief Sales Executive, Lucas has led commercial development, built strategic relationships, and supported the company’s market expansion.

A Swiss entrepreneur who has lived and worked in China since 2007, Lucas brings extensive international business experience across China, the United States, and Europe. In his new role, he will work across these three regions to strengthen international collaboration, customer relationships, and cross-border operations.

His priorities include accelerating commercialization, advancing automated medical protective apparel manufacturing, expanding strategic partnerships, and supporting a more resilient medical supply chain, including domestic manufacturing in the United States.

Taromed also extends its sincere gratitude to Qian Hao for his service as CEO and his contributions to the company. We wish him continued success in his future endeavors. Qian Hao will remain a member of Taromed’s Board of Directors.

This transition marks an important new chapter for Taromed as we continue to combine technology, automation, and manufacturing expertise to create long-term value for our customers and partners.
